7-Day Free Trial — Terms & Conditions

1. The Program

Karpuz Mining is partnered with BlockOps and Simple Mining to offer a free seven (7) day hosted Bitcoin mining trials on BlockOps and Simple Mining-owned hardware (currently Antminer S21-class units) racked at a Simple Mining facility. Availability is limited to a small number of units. Submission of the trial or waitlist form does not guarantee a Trial slot.

2. Completely free — no charges

Participation in the Trial is provided entirely free of charge. Providers not charge participants any hosting fees, electricity costs, deployment fees, or other amounts for operating the Trial unit during the Trial period. The Trial exists so you can evaluate, at no cost and no obligation, what mining with Simple Mining looks like.

3. No purchase obligation

Nothing in the Trial obligates you to purchase hardware or hosting services. At the end of the Trial, our team will contact you about next steps; continuing is entirely your choice.

4. Bitcoin wallet address requirement

To participate, you must provide a valid Bitcoin wallet address capable of receiving payments (a “receive address”). Mining rewards attributable to your Trial unit are directed by the mining pool to this address only. Karpuz Mining, Simple Mining, and BlockOps Mining never take custody of your rewards and cannot recover funds sent to an incorrectly entered address — you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address you submit. We may verify that a submitted address is validly formatted and may decline or delay a Trial until a valid address is provided.

5. Mining pool assignment

You can monitor your Trial unit’s pool-side activity at https://ocean.xyz/stats/<your wallet address> or on the pool of your choosing. For Simple Mining trials, dashboard access will be provided.

6. Mining rewards and minimum payout threshold

Rewards mined during the Trial accrue to the Bitcoin wallet address you provide, per the pool’s standard payout procedures. Please note: the Ocean pool enforces a minimum payout threshold (currently 0.001 BTC, set by the pool and subject to change by the pool). A single Trial unit is unlikely to reach this threshold within the 7-day Trial period. Earnings below the threshold are retained by the pool against your wallet address and are paid out only if and when the accrued balance for that address reaches the threshold — for example, if you continue mining to the same address after the Trial (such as with a purchased miner hosted by Simple Mining). Simple Mining does not hold, control, supplement, or pay out these balances and is not responsible for pool payout policies.

7. Trial period

The 7-day period begins when your Trial unit is racked and hashing and you are notified it is live. At the end of the period, the Trial concludes automatically: your trial status is marked complete, you will receive a conclusion notice, and the unit is returned to the Trial pool. Simple Mining may extend or end a Trial at its discretion.

8. Hardware ownership

All Trial hardware is and remains the sole property of Simple Mining. Participants receive no ownership, lease, or security interest in the unit.

9. No guarantee of returns

THE TRIAL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND REGARDING MINING REWARDS, MINING OUTPUT, HASHRATE, UPTIME, POOL PAYOUTS, BITCOIN PRICE, NETWORK DIFFICULTY, OR PROFITABILITY OF ANY KIND, AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC BITCOIN-DENOMINATED OR DOLLAR-DENOMINATED RETURN, NOR THAT ANY MINIMUM POOL PAYOUT THRESHOLD WILL BE REACHED DURING THE TRIAL. CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING INVOLVES INHERENT PROTOCOL, NETWORK, OPERATIONAL, MARKET, AND REGULATORY RISKS. NOTHING IN THE TRIAL CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TAX ADVICE.

11. Communications

By submitting the trial or waitlist form and checking the applicable consent boxes, you agree that the trial provide and/or Karpuz Mining may contact you about your Trial by email, phone, and automated text message. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent to texts/calls is not a condition of participation.

12. Dashboard access

Trial participants receive a Simple Mining client dashboard account (created automatically when your trial request is accepted; you will receive a welcome email with login instructions) to monitor their unit. The dashboard displays lifetime earnings and does not display pool payout-threshold progress; see Section 6. Access is governed by the dashboard’s terms of use and may be deactivated when the Trial ends.
